slackr is a log for the work you do: lift, run, swim, ride, sleep. It records what happened, keeps your records straight, and stays out of the way.
A routine is a starting point, not a contract. Start a workout from one and change whatever the day calls for — the routine stays as it was, and the version you started from is remembered.
A personal best is a value and a date. Edit or delete the session behind one and the best follows, including down. Equalling a best does not steal its date.
Sets and reps for resistance work. Distance, time and whole-session pace for running, walking, cycling, rowing and swimming — indoor and outdoor kept apart, because they are not the same effort.
Kilograms or pounds, kilometres or miles, metres or yards in the pool. The unit is a display choice; it never rewrites what you logged.
slackr is in testing on Android, with the web app at app.slackr.pro. An iOS app comes later.
slackr has no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking SDKs — this page loads nothing from anyone else. You can export everything held for you as one file, and deleting your account starts the deletion immediately. Read the privacy policy for the details.
