These terms cover the slackr apps and this website. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, do not use slackr.
slackr records training you decide to do. It is not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a coach, and nothing it shows you — a suggested weight, a personal best, a routine, a sleep figure — is medical advice or a recommendation that any exercise is safe for you. Exercise carries risk of injury. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and stop if something hurts.
What you log belongs to you. slackr stores it to show it back to you, and claims no ownership of it. You can export all of it at any time, and delete it by deleting your account. slackr will not use your training data to train models, build profiles, or sell to anyone.
Do not:
slackr is offered as it is. There is no uptime guarantee, features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone's control. Keep your own export if a copy of your history matters to you.
You can delete your account whenever you like, from inside the app, without asking. Your access may be suspended or ended if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect the service or its users, or if the service is discontinued — in which case you will be given reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
To the fullest extent the law allows, slackr is provided without warranties of any kind, and its operator is not liable for injury, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use slackr after that date means you accept the new terms.
